NREGA Sangharsh Morcha’s call for National Action across the country to revive proper functioning of MGNREGA

The Government of India is the appropriate authority to implement the provisions of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005. While MGNREGA has very positive impacts, it has instead become fruitless, exploitative labour, where workers who have put in honest hard work, have to wait for their wages endlessly. Its legal provisions are being routinely violated and the Act is being implemented in a manner contrary to its spirit.

मनरेगा को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए देश भर में राष्ट्रीय कार्रवाई के लिए नरेगा संघर्ष मोर्चा का आह्वान

महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 के प्रावधानों को लागू करने के लिए भारत सरकार उपयुक्त प्राधिकारी है। जबकि मनरेगा के बहुत सकारात्मक प्रभाव हैं, यह इसके बजाय निष्फल, शोषक श्रम बन गया है, जहां श्रमिकों ने ईमानदारी से कड़ी मेहनत की है, उन्हें अपने वेतन के लिए अंतहीन इंतजार करना पड़ रहा है। इसके कानूनी प्रावधानों का नियमित उल्लंघन किया जा रहा है और अधिनियम को इसकी भावना के विपरीत तरीके से लागू किया जा रहा है।

धरने की निरंतरता में, इन मुद्दों को उठाने और सम्मान के साथ जीवन के अधिकार की मांग करने के लिए राष्ट्रव्यापी आह्वान में शामिल हों!
